This site is operated by Ibaadur Rahman Publishers and presents the titles we publish, together with ways to obtain them. These terms apply to the site as a whole and to every title offered on it, including titles and authors added in future; where a particular title is sold on different terms, those are stated on its own page. At present the site carries one title, Polish Your Soul: Islamic Wisdom for Modern Hearts by Yaaseen Masvood, available as a paperback and eBook through Amazon, as a PDF and paperback sold directly here, and as an audiobook in preparation. We try to keep all information — including prices — accurate, but prices, availability and offers on Amazon are set and shown by Amazon and may change at any time. The price you pay is always the price shown at checkout.
Where we sell a title directly, we do so in two formats: a downloadable PDF, and the paperback posted by us within India. Anything bought through Amazon is governed by Amazon's terms, not these.
The paperback may be ordered in more than one copy, up to the limit shown at checkout. Larger or institutional orders are quoted individually — ask us. The PDF is sold as a single personalised copy per buyer, because each one is watermarked with that reader's name.
Prices and currency. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable charges, and the amount displayed at checkout is the amount you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid. Payments are taken in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details are handled entirely by them and never reach this website. An order is only complete once Razorpay confirms the payment to us; until then nothing is dispatched or delivered.
The PDF is licensed to the individual purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. Each copy is personalised: every page of the book carries your name, email address, order number and the time of that download, and each copy also carries a short reference code, repeated faintly on every page and in the file's properties, that identifies the download it came from. The cover pages are left clear. Every download is logged. What all of this contains, and why, is set out in our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you agree not to share, resell, upload or redistribute the file in any form; doing so breaches these terms and our copyright. Download links are personal to you and time-limited, and can be reissued from the order lookup page if yours expires.
The paperback is dispatched from Chennai within India only. Delivery timings, charges and tracking are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you give us.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Promotion codes are offered at our discretion, have no cash value, may be limited in number or time, and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be applied to an order already placed. We may cancel an order and refund it where a code has been obtained or used abusively.
Order records. To prevent fraud and protect our copyright we record technical details of the connection an order is placed from, and of each download. What we keep and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may refuse or cancel any order — refunding it in full — where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where an item was listed at a clearly incorrect price.
Preview and test versions. We publish preview copies of this website at temporary addresses so changes can be checked before release. They are for inspection only, purchases are switched off on them, and no offer to sell is made through them. Any payment nonetheless taken through a preview or test version is refunded in full on request, unconditionally, and any book received from one may be kept — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
