How your book reaches you — timings, charges and tracking.
The PDF is delivered immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed your browser begins building your personalised copy, and the same download link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. There is no shipping charge and nothing is posted to you.
The link stays valid for 7 days. If it expires or goes astray, you can get a fresh link using your order number and email — or just ask us.
We post the paperback within India only, from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
If you are outside India, the paperback is still available to you: Amazon prints and delivers it locally in your country, which is faster and cheaper than we could post it from here. The Formats section sends you to the right Amazon store automatically.
Delivery is free anywhere in India. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay — there are no separate postage or handling charges, and no charges are collected on delivery.
Delivery stays free when you order more than one copy, and the copies travel together in a single parcel under one tracking number.
These are the courier's usual timings, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and local disruptions can add a few days.
When your book is posted we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check progress any time on the find my order page using your order number and the email you bought with.
Please check your address and PIN code carefully at checkout — we print exactly what you enter. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away with your order number; we can correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has been posted to a wrong address given to us, we cannot recover it, though we will always try.
If 14 working days have passed since dispatch and there's still nothing, contact us with your order number. We'll trace it with the courier and either resend your book or refund you in full — see our refund policy.
You can order several copies straight from the checkout, up to the limit shown there. Beyond that — for a madrasa, school, masjid or library — please ask us for a quote. We arrange these individually and can usually offer better rates and combined delivery.
If the price is the obstacle rather than the quantity, say so. We keep copies aside for students, teachers and anyone who cannot afford one.
